What we collect, and why.

How Limestone AI Labs handles information on limestoneailabs.com. Effective October 6, 2026.

What we collect
Your message, plus basic request details.

The contact form asks for your name, email, and project details, with your organization and timing optional. We also record the IP address, country, and browser type that come with the request, to spot abuse.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use it
To reply to you. Nothing else.

Submissions are stored in our database on Cloudflare and emailed to us through Microsoft 365. We use them to answer your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

Service providers
The few companies that run the site.

Cloudflare hosts the site, checks the contact form for bots (Turnstile), and may provide cookieless, aggregate traffic statistics. Microsoft 365 delivers form messages to us. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Google user data
Our own backups, only.

Limestone AI Labs operates a private Google OAuth application (shown as “rclone”) that copies our own systems' backups to our own Google Drive. It is not offered to anyone else and does not access any other person's Google data.

Backups are encrypted before they leave our systems. Data reached through Google APIs is used only to store and restore those backups. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never shared with anyone else. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices
Ask, and we will act on it.

Email hello@limestoneailabs.com to see, correct, or delete what you have sent us.

Questions: hello@limestoneailabs.com. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
