Fine print

A few honest notes.

What's "all-in"?: Our time, our tooling, our AI cost, our portal. You still pay Microsoft, Cloudflare, AWS, etc. directly — we recommend it that way. No markup, no resold seats.
What's a "project"?: M365 tenant rebuild, a network refresh, a security uplift, a SaaS migration. We scope it, send a fixed price, you say yes or no. It lives outside the monthly.
Can we mix and match?: Yes. The tiers above are anchors, not rails. Tell us what you actually need and we'll write a one-page proposal that maps cleanly onto your team.
What does cancelling look like?: 30-day notice, either side. We hand back tenant ownership, ship a written handover, and answer questions for the next 30 days on a best-effort basis. No clawback, no "lock-in" admin accounts.
